Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman, an Olympic gold medalist gymnast has was the one who led America to victory in both 2012 and 2016. U.S. to victory in both 2012 as well as in the year 2016. The American has collected six Olympic medals all over the world as well as being a part of two gold medal-winning World Championships teams. Aly is from Needham in Massachusetts. The passion she has for gymnastics can be traced through an 18-month-old "mommy and me" class. Aly is an inspiration in the gym and off, and a fierce supporter of body positivity, and recently, she has spoken out against Larry Nassar in his sentencing trial. Aly Raisman, born in 1994, took up gymnastics when she was when she was a child. She was instrumental in helping her U.S. team to win the 2011 World Championships. The year 2012 saw Raisman win two golds at the London Olympics One in the team competition and one for individual floor exercises, in addition to winning a bronze in the beam. Raisman returned to the Olympics again in Rio in 2016, winning two silver medals. One of them was in each of the all around as well as floor exercises, and the other in the gymnastics teams for women. In the year 2017, Raisman revealed she had suffered sexual assault at the from the former team doctor Larry Nassar, and the following year she sued USA Gymnastics and the U.S. Olympic Committee.
